Downtime is the real repair bill. We plan around it.
Fleet Repair & Maintenance
We maintain contractor trucks, service vans, box trucks, landscape rigs, tow trucks and small municipal fleets across the Temecula Valley. Fleet accounts get scheduled preventive maintenance, one point of contact, itemized invoicing per unit and priority scheduling when a truck goes down.
Every unit gets its own history file: mileage, services performed, parts used, and what we flagged as coming due. You approve work per unit or set a standing authorization limit so small items never stall a truck for a phone call.

Symptoms we fix
Sound familiar?
- Trucks going down without warning mid-route
- No maintenance history and no idea what is due
- Repeat repairs on the same unit
- Roadside inspection or CHP violations for lights and brakes
- Missed jobs because a unit sat waiting for parts
- Invoices you cannot match to a specific truck
How we work it
The four steps, every time
- 01
Fleet audit
We inspect every unit once, document condition and build a prioritized list — safety first, then reliability, then cosmetic.
- 02
Schedule
We set service intervals by mileage or engine hours and stagger units so you never lose two trucks in the same week.
- 03
Service
Scheduled work is quoted in advance. Anything found during service is photographed and approved before we touch it.
- 04
Report
You get a per-unit invoice, a condition report and a what's-coming-due list every visit.

Questions
Straight answers
How many trucks do I need to be a fleet account?
Two. If you run more than one work truck, the scheduling and per-unit billing already pay for themselves.
Do you do DOT inspections?
We perform DOT-style safety inspections and correct what fails. We will tell you plainly what is a violation versus what is wear.
Can you bill by purchase order?
Yes. We invoice per unit with PO numbers so your bookkeeping matches your trucks.
