Before you send it
Is the estimate actually free?
Yes. Quoting your repair costs nothing. If the truck needs hands-on diagnostics to find the fault, that time is billed at our posted rate and credited back toward the repair when we do the work.
How fast will I hear back?
Requests sent during shop hours get a same-day response. Anything sent after hours is answered the next business morning.
What should I include?
Year, make, engine, mileage, what the truck is doing, when it does it (hot, cold, loaded, highway), any stored codes, and what's already been replaced.
Do you work on gas engines too?
Yes. Smog work is what we are known for, but we service cars, trucks, vans and fleet vehicles on all makes and models.
