Heat is what kills trucks. We take it seriously.
Radiator & Cooling System
Overheating destroys head gaskets, injector cups and EGR coolers, and on a truck that is the difference between a hose repair and a teardown. We pressure test the system, check the cap, fan clutch, thermostat and coolant condition, and find the loss before it becomes an engine job.
We service factory-fill coolants to spec — the wrong coolant in a modern engine causes cavitation and liner damage over time.
What's included
Scope of work
- Cooling-system pressure and combustion-gas testing
- Radiator, hose and clamp replacement
- Water pump and thermostat replacement
- Fan clutch, electric fan and shroud service
- Coolant exchange with correct factory-spec coolant
- Heater core and bypass diagnosis
- Charge-air cooler and intercooler leak testing
- EGR cooler and oil cooler inspection on trucks
Symptoms we fix
Sound familiar?
- Temperature gauge climbing, especially towing or on grades
- Coolant puddle or sweet smell after driving
- Overflow tank overfilling or boiling
- Heater blows cold at idle
- White smoke or bubbles in the coolant
- Coolant level dropping with no visible leak
How we work it
The four steps, every time
- 01
Pressure test
System and cap tested cold and hot to find where pressure is escaping.
- 02
Diagnose
Combustion-gas test rules head gaskets in or out before parts get replaced.
- 03
Repair
Correct parts, correct coolant, properly bled so no air pocket remains.
- 04
Heat cycle
We run it to full temperature and re-check level and fan operation.

Questions
Straight answers
Can I just add water?
In an emergency, briefly. Long term, diluted coolant loses its corrosion protection and boil-over margin.
How often should coolant be changed?
Depends on the coolant type — many modern engines run five years or 100k. We test condition rather than guessing.
It only overheats while towing.
That points at the fan clutch, radiator restriction or a marginal thermostat. All testable under load.
